We have a number of fitness classes available for gym members and local community members to access on a weekly basis. We also have a table tennis group open to all ages.
Weekly Fitness Classes
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are currently only running 2 fitness classes per week:
Monday - Bootcamp/Legs, Bums and Tums - 6pm-6.45pm
Wednesdays - Zumba - 6pm-6.45pm
All Sessions are free to all Essentials Plus members, £3.50 for Essentials members and £4 for non-members.
