Middlewood Rovers JFC
An FA Charter Standard junior football club, Middlewood Rovers are based at Waverley Lane in Handsworth, Sheffield.
Formed in 1963, Middlewood Rovers have long held a respected reputation for encouraging player development and providing a safe, fun environment for children of all ages and abilities to grow and learn the game.
The club has continued to grow since being formed in 1963, gaining Charter Standard status in 2007 and being voted County Club of the Year in 2008 & 2009.
With girls football being introduced in 2007 and the Soccer School in 2012 the club now features over 15 sides ranging in age from Under 7 right through to Under 21.

Legs, bums and tums Tuesday evening 8-9pm & Bootcamp Friday evenings
Both sessions are aimed at losing body fat and building muscle. legs, bums and tums is concentrated on just the legs your abs and your glutes working on intense exercises to help tone these areas.
Bootcamp is a high intensity class working on cardio aswell as to tone all areas of the body
